Privacy Notice (KVKK)

1. Data controller

ElvianaCode is the data controller. You can reach us at merhaba@elvianacode.com.

2. Data we process

Through the contact / quote form: name, email address, company or brand, the package you choose and anything you share in your message.

Technical data: an irreversible hash of your IP address, browser type and server logs, used for security and abuse prevention.

Please do not share special categories of personal data (health, religion, ethnicity, etc.) in your message.

3. Purposes

Replying to quote and information requests and defining scope and price.

Pre-contract discussions and entering into a contract, if you ask for one.

Keeping the website secure and preventing spam and abuse.

Meeting our legal obligations.

4. Legal grounds

KVKK art. 5/2-c: necessary for entering into or performing a contract (your quote request).

KVKK art. 5/2-f: our legitimate interest (site security), without harming your fundamental rights.

KVKK art. 5/2-ç: compliance with a legal obligation.

5. Transfers

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

We use hosting (Vercel Inc.), email delivery (Resend) and error tracking (Sentry) providers whose servers may be located abroad; transfers are made in line with KVKK art. 9.

We use Sentry (Functional Software Inc., EU servers) to detect technical errors; error reports never include form contents, names or email addresses.

Data may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.

6. Collection and retention

Data is collected electronically when you submit the website form.

Quote requests are kept for up to 2 years if no contract is made, then deleted; if a contract is made, they are kept for the statutory limitation periods.

7. Your rights (KVKK art. 11)

You may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose of processing and recipients, request correction or deletion, object to automated decisions against you and claim compensation for unlawful processing.
